…has decreased, thanks to me starving today. Not to mention, doing 200 crunches because I felt big after eating a large cheeseburger meal from a fast food place. I feel like this should stop, but I lost 4 pounds. I cheered when I found out I weighed less. I know I’m going about losing weight the wrong way, but I don’t care. I just want to lose weight.
Is it bad that I’m not scared about it?
